> Learning experience designer based in Bavaria, Germany. I’m getting hands-on with AI and creating learning content that helps people become confident with software—fast.

Over more than a decade in learning and development, I’ve led trainer teams across the DACH region and created e-learning—from rich media and interactive modules to short courses that help people get value from software sooner.
Working with employees, business partners, and trainers has taught me to start with the problem people are trying to solve. From there, I identify what they need to do differently and create learning that helps them make that change—without wasting their time.

I’m learning about and building with AI to stay ahead of the curve—and to make my work and everyday life more productive, enjoyable, and a little more creative. I build small browser-based tools to test ideas around interaction, automation, and AI in practice. Some are available to try on this site.
