Short version: this site doesn’t track you. No cookies, no analytics, no ads, and nothing is loaded from other sites.
Who runs this site
This is the personal portfolio site of H. Antony. Nothing is sold here. H. Antony is responsible for this site under the GDPR. For anything about your data, please message me on LinkedIn.
When you visit
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare’s servers process the technical details your browser sends with every request: your IP address, the page asked for, the date and time, and your browser type. This also applies to the site’s connection point for AI assistants (/mcp), which stores nothing.
The legal basis is a legitimate interest in running the site safely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I don’t use this data to identify anyone and don’t combine it with other data.
Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) processes this data on my behalf under its data processing agreement. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified. More in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
I don’t keep any data that identifies you, but you can still ask to see or delete it, or complain to a data protection authority.
Cookies and storage
The site sets no cookies. If you press the light/dark switch, your browser remembers that choice on your own device, so the next page opens the same way. It is never sent anywhere, and you can clear it in your browser settings at any time. This is storage you asked for and the switch needs it (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG), so there is no cookie banner.
Tools and games
The Riso Halftone Generator works entirely in your browser: your photo is never uploaded. Power Ball Paul and Battleships save nothing; scores are gone when you close the page. None of them load anything from other sites, not even fonts.
Links to other sites
Links to LinkedIn, YouTube and other websites, including the project cards that lead to them, are plain links. Their pictures are stored on this site, so nothing is sent to those sites unless you click one, and then their own privacy policies apply.
