Your orders
Each captain commands a Carrier (5), Battleship (4), Cruiser (3), Submarine (3), and Destroyer (2) on a 10 × 10 grid.
- Place ships horizontally or vertically, without overlapping or leaving the board. Ships may touch.
- Choose a ship and a starting cell, or auto-place the whole fleet. Confirm to start.
- You fire first. Turns alternate after every shot, including hits. Sink all five enemy ships to win.
- Unknown water is blank. A dot (•) is a miss, a cross (×) is a hit, and a dark cross (✕) marks a sunk ship. A solid square (■) marks your ship or a revealed enemy ship.
- Tap or click cells. With a keyboard, Tab into a board, navigate with arrow keys, and press Enter or Space. During deployment, R rotates your selected ship.

Difficulty modes
- Easy — occasional follow-up
- Mostly fires at random untried cells, and only sometimes checks around a hit.
- Normal — follow up on hits
- Checks neighbouring cells after a hit. Otherwise, it searches randomly.
- Hard — tactical targeting
- Follows lines of confirmed hits and favours the most likely remaining ship positions.
All three modes use previous shots only; none can see your hidden ships. During battle, green ship badges mean Afloat and red badges mean Sunk.
